What is a nutritional therapy practitioner?
A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) is a nutritional therapist certified by the Nutritional Therapy Association who evaluates clients’ nutritional needs and makes recommendations for dietary changes, helping them balance their body chemistry and achieve optimal wellness. NTPs cannot diagnose or treat pathological conditions, illness, injuries, or diseases. Check out my blog post, “What is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner?” for more information!
What Services do you provide?
I offer 1:1 sessions and create personalized and realistic plans to address your unique needs and goals while taking your lifestyle into consideration. The focal point of my practice is built upon a single, solid base – a properly prepared, nutrient-dense diet. Nutritional therapy can be a supportive, preventative, or a correctional path back to health. My approach as an NTP is not a new one – it is evidence-based and backed by science, while honoring bio-individuality and the body’s innate intelligence. I may be biased, but if you’re ready to empower yourself, improve your health, and feel like yourself again – then I truly believe nutritional therapy is right for you!
Do I have to be in your area to work with you?
Not at all! I offer 1:1 sessions over the phone, FaceTime, or Skype.
